The Visual Merchandiser is critical in ensuring we meet that goal, by implementing the company's visual merchandising strategy. This person creates appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

Some of the functions the Visual Merchandiser Associate will perform:

• Responsible for the overall look and visual presentation of the showroom
• Executes company floor plan set changes including new and discontinued items
• Maintains pricing accuracy for all regular and sale price items
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to floor plan
• Regularly inspect display models to insure quality and functionality

The Ideal Candidate will have, among other skills and abilities:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Possesses a strong sense of style and creativity with the ability to execute visually appealing displays
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and team members
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Embody an adventure guide; passion for the business, bringing curiosity and innovation to the job, contribute to a fun work environment
• Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
• Adaptability; flexible to shifting priorities and a changing environment
• Desire to continuously improve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
