Audio Visual Shop Technician

1. Maintains all equipment and packages.
2. Diagnoses, logs, and repairs damaged items.
3. Assembles and configures equipment racks for client delivery.
4. Manages firmware versions for applicable devices.
5. Organizes and stores all tested equipment.
6. Ensures all equipment is presentable and in ideal working conditions.
7. Possesses a basic understanding of inventory software for forecasting of workload.
8. Ability to handle hard deadlines and plan workflow depending on client needs.
9. Assists other departments when necessary.
10. Follows direction of the department leader and managers.
11. Maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
12. Complies with company policies and procedures.
13. Performs additional duties as assigned.
