$12.50 - $16.25/hour The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for delivering a timely execution of the Event Calendar and to deliver a consistent in-store experience for our customers that meets or exceeds their expectations and to improve the overall standards in our stores one department at a time. The Visual Merchandising Specialist will also be instrumental in elevating visual standards in coordination with the in-store events. Key Roles and Responsibilities Departmental Clean-ups Utilize merchandise standards manuals to deep dive and bring to brand standards a specific department Execute workload according to workload calendar and event directives Ensure clean-up is completed on time in alignment with the marketing event Work collaboratively within the store team Follow up with the Visual Merchandising Manager on any opportunities before and after the clean-up is complete Department Reinventions Plan the department reinventions utilizing the standards manual Deliver reinvention on the agreed upon timeline Plan work according to workload calendar Follow the direction as specified in the merchandising standards manual Communicate any issues when setting the reinvention to the Store Director Complete any new signing directives associated with the reinvention Communicate daily with Visual Merchandising Manager Clearance Execution Events Responsible for redline/green line markdowns Inventory supplies prior to beginning any markdown project Mark and label each item and move to appropriate shelf Place stickers in a visible location on the product Use appropriate signage Refer to the most current version of the clearance guide to ensure accurate execution. Visual Operations Handle Visual Merchandiser material and visual scheme orders Control quantity and condition of all incoming visual material Maintain and care for all display and interior material with sustainability in mind Provide updates of all VM information material in the store And, any additional assigned responsibilities.
