Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Manager to join our team. As a Visual Manager, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and merchandising products in our store. Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with our brand image and attract customers. Duties:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall appearance of the store
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight key products and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual concepts align with brand guidelines
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess visual presentation and make necessary adjustments
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, to create graphics and signage for displays
- Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding visual presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, is required
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of cash register operations is beneficial
