Currently we are looking for highly motivated individuals to work as Shop Laborers at our Open Shop (non-union) location in Duette. Our standard four-day work schedule is 6:00 am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday. Overtime hours offered most weeks.

This is an entry level position with opportunities to move on to welding and/or fitting.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining a clean and neat workstation (sweeping, equipment cleaning, and preventative maintenance).
• Cleaning all areas of the facilities
• Operating power tools
• Packaging product
• Loading trucks
• Preparing & testing vessels
• Must be able to enter a tank through a 24” manway
• Other tasks as assigned by management

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Ability to stand, lift, carry, and/or push up to 50 lbs throughout the shift (including overtime).
• Ability to follow verbal & written instructions
• Ability to follow safety policies & procedures, including wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as hardhat, safety glasses, etc.
• Ability to use manual hand tools, including wrenches and clamps.
