Wafer Fabrication Operator jobs in Clearwater, FL

•   Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant broad optical fabrication experience with challenging materials used in laser industry.

  
     Comparable experience in:  assembly, assembling electronic parts, small parts, using tweezers with delicate items, components, hand lapping, Must be good at fine manual dexterity with fragile components.  Working in jewelry industry or wood working translates as some relative experience.  Small craft work.   
 

Highly Desirable:  Experience of super polish finishing, optical contacting, inspection and documentation.

3.   Able to understand prints.  
4.   Good communication skills.  
5.   Ability to work to tight time scales.  
6.   Able to work independently over 80% of the time.  
7.   Able to assist in the training of new hires.
 

•   Education/Learning Experience
 

High School graduate.  Some college math highly desirable.
