Responsibilities:
· Supervision of Budtenders, cultivators, and other staff
· Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking products.
· Manage Day to day operations of dispensary, including opening and closing procedures.
· Ensure compliance with all Tribal regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.
· Ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company provided standard operating procedures are adhered to.
· Train and supervise dispensary staff, ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and adherence to regulations.
· Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including sales, inventory, and cash handling.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
· Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in sales
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Must be 21 years or older (as required by law)
· Current MED badge
· Excellent mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
· Excellent critical thinking skills.
· Experience managing a team in a challenging environment in accordance with company standards.
· Reliable Transportation
· Must be able to individually lift 50 lbs.
· Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
Experience:
· Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
· Management Experience:2-year minimum
Licenses:
· Tribal MMJ employee Badge (must be able to obtain a badge prior to beginning employment)
Qualifications and Education:
· High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
· Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Tribal Marijuana ordinance.
· Must understand basic computer functions, Microsoft Office, and Cash management skills.

· Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment in accordance with company standards.
