Title: Thermoforming/CNC Process Technician

Compensation: $30-36

Manager: Shift Supervisor

Location: Centennial, CO

Job Summary:

This position ensures the setup, continuous operation and quality of the products using specific procedural standards in the thermoforming and CNC processes. For this role, individuals must be reliable, willing to work overtime and willing to cross train.

What you’ll do:

• Set up thermoforming and CNC machines and troubleshoot mechanical problems
• Read and interpret work instructions, and any other related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations necessary to meet dimensional specifications
• Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and measuring devices
• Inspect material to ensure quality specs are met
• Completes all necessary paperwork to document setup information
• Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures
• Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary

What we’re looking for:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge and experience using various hand tools and power tools.
• 5 years of thermoforming or CNC experience
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Basic skills in reading, writing and arithmetic are necessary
• Basic computer understanding
• Knowledge of machinery
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
• Good written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Works well under pressure and possess a sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
