ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree, or military training, in related technical field. Minimum 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Fully meets the competencies of a Machine Operator, per division standards. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to direct the work efforts of other team members. Aptitude to learn electrical and/or mechanical skills. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Team player who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently. Basic math skills. Ability to read blueprints and work instructions and maintain accurate records. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff. Ability to operate forklift, pallet mover, or hoist equipment. Forklift certification may be required.

Working Conditions: Exposure to a normal office environment. Position may occasionally require entering a production environment, including exposure to noise, fumes, moving machinery, and varied temperatures.
