Summary
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Night Loader is responsible for stocking, prepping, organizing and noting all products scheduled for the following day’s route deliveries.

Education and/or Experience
Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma and one to three years of related experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and situations to other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Qualifications
Requires the ability to operate various tools and equipment to include a computer, hoist, hand truck and various small hand tools. Requires the ability to pass forklift operator course and drive a forklift.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 160 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to broken glass and spilled liquids. The employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
