Dart Advantage Warehousing, part of the Dart Network, supplies America’s finest companies with warehousing and transportation services is hiring an Assistant Warehouse Manager in Eagan, MN.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm with additional hours as needed during special tasks or times of high volume

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for coordinating and control of the handling, storage and flow of product through warehouse
• Schedule in and out shipments and coordinate with shipping department
• Tracking of inventory through the entire warehouse process
• Responsible for verifying all billing rates of services
• Assist in the direction of day-to-day activities of the warehouse (including inventory control, internal and external customer relations, clerical, etc.)
• Responsible for the daily safe and efficient operation of a forklift
• Will supervise staff of 10-15 employees (may include temp labor)

Qualifications:

- A high degree of professionalism in all business interactions, both internally and externally
- 3-5 years of warehouse management experience preferred - Attention to detail & excellent customer service skills - Experience with Microsoft Office - Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills as well as the ability to make quick decisions in a fast paced environment. - Must have forklift experience.

Salary: From $48,000
