Local outdoor furniture company seeking help with in-season (April through August) warehouse work.

We are a growing outdoor furniture company with warehouses in Rhode Island and New Jersey. We design, manufacture and distribute all of our own products, and offer a service and value that is impossible to find from other brands.
Customer service is incredibly important for us. We take a hands on approach to our business, fielding every call and e-mail in house and delivering the majority of our orders ourselves in one of our trucks. This ensures each customer receives the best possible experience and feels confident that they made the right choice.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone to help us at our local Cumberland, Rhode Island and Bristol warehouse. The job will consist of daily warehouse work including projects/organization, sending out shipments, preparing delivery trucks for drivers, meeting with customers at the warehouse and delivering furniture to our customers. Training will be provided.
The main part of this role is being present at the warehouse 5 days a week and being in charge of all warehouse operations. Doing the actual deliveries is something that would be required occasionally and can be discussed based on preferences.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The hours for daily work are not set in stone but ideally the candidate would have to be available for 6-8 hours per day Monday through Friday and. Weekly you can expect to work around 40 hours in April-June and 20 in July/August.
Since outdoor furniture in New England is a seasonal business the more flexibility and availability in the busy months the better.
