    Job Summary

    The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and train warehouse staff
    • Ensure all products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and efficient manner
    • Maintain accurate inventory records
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
    • Identify and implement process improvements

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
