Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Mt. Olive, New Jersey

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all operations in our 8,000 sq ft warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to manage a small team and maintain a well-organized and clean warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all shipments into and out of the warehouse.
• Optimize space utilization within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and location.
• Implement and enforce best practices in inventory management.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve warehouse maintenance issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience managing a small team preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse software and inventory management systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
