The pay rates for this position range from $20 to $22 per hour. The shift timings for this role are Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm.

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse
• Monitoring the productivity of its staff
• Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
• Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
• Communicating with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems
• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery.

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• The ability to delegate when assigning employee workloads
• Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and production issues
• Clear knowledge of warehouse operations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Management skills
• Leadership and organizational skills to run the warehouse efficiently
• Proficiency in inventory and/or invoice software
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods when working on the warehouse floor.
