Customer Service Team Member at Route 7 Adrenaline Warehouse!
Join our dynamic team is growing and looking to add Customer Service Team Members to our crew! In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their enjoyment and safety throughout their visit. From greeting guests with a warm smile to assisting with attraction purchases and resolving inquiries, you'll play a key role in delivering a fun and welcoming environment for families and individuals alike.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide friendly and informative assistance regarding attractions, events, facility, and policies.
• Process ticket sales, reservations, and party bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor attraction areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with rules and regulations.
• Assist guests with equipment rentals, such as skates, bowling shoes, or arcade cards, and provide instructions for their use.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate with other team members to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including restrooms, dining areas, and gaming zones.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Actively promote special events, promotions, and loyalty programs to guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and sometimes challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
