We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in employee recruitment, or retail management. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.
We are looking to train out our future managers at a location that will be specified upon hiring based off of the stores performance and distance from the store. The training period is anywhere from 3-6 months based off of the individuals performance and abilities.
All applicants should be willing to relocate 3 to 6 months from date of hire.
