The day-to-day responsibilities for this candidate are the following: Supports the creation and tracking of waste management related processes, strategies, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), by using corporate standard concepts. Provides cost transparency for waste management-related contract activities that may include recycling rebates, Waste Service Provider (WSP) billing and invoice information, transportation, repairs, leases, or rentals. Supports with providing departmental budget forecasts, accruals, budget compliance, and target tracking. Actively participates in projects associated within assigned areas of responsibility, including periodic regulatory, internal, and external audit. Ensures on-time validation of service provider invoices/work orders and payment through systems. Creates purchase requisitions for approved goods/services to support waste logistics management. Ensures timely compliance and resolution of workflow notifications. Ensures planning for regulated materials management meets all applicable regulatory requirements. Supports development and creation of regular status reports and indicators to measure assigned work activity including service provider performance management.The top three skills needed for this position are detailed oriented, good with excel and spreadsheets, SAP experience. A nice to have for this position is financial, audit, or environmental experience/interest. This position is 90% onsite, WFH flex is 10% has requested. Teams interviews, onsite if local (optional)
