Brand Manager – Fresh Water

Location: Remote US (East coast)

Position Type: Marketing

Overview: 

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the Fresh water category within our Camco brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the outdoor and RV industry, exceptional marketing skills, and a proven track record of implementing successful brand strategies. The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving product innovation, market research and insight generation, and marketing initiatives within the Fresh water category.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and product roadmap for the Fresh water category. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Product Development and Management: Collaborate with product development teams to create innovative and market-leading Fresh water products. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Brand Positioning and Marketing: Define and communicate the Camco Fresh water brand value proposition, positioning, and messaging. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and trade shows, to drive brand awareness and sales
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, finance and supply chain, to align strategies, achieve business goals and execute with excellence. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product performance. Prepare regular reports and presentations for the leadership team, summarizing brand and category performance, market trends, and competitive landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles with specific experience in the outdoor, camping, or RV industry being a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a brand, with a focus on product development, marketing strategy, and market analysis.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and operates with discipline.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
