May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Additionally, Waste Water Treatment Technician typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. :The Field Technician reports to the Field Supervisor/Trainer. This position requires knowledge of computer operation and the ability to type and enter data at a rapid rate. This position requires knowledge pertaining to the servicing and installation of residential & commercial, gas & electric water heating equipment. It also requires basic training skills and knowledge of customer service. In addition, this position requires the ability to speak, write, and communicate fluently in English. This position requires a valid California State driver’s license, legal residency, and a federal social security number or taxpayer identification number. The minimum education requirement for this position is a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED).
Responsibilities:
Bi-lingual communication in Spanish is a plus.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, trustworthy and like to work outside performing manual tasks. Good customer service skills are a must.
