Waste Water Treatment Technician jobs in Cincinnati, OH

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Service Technician to provide installation, startup, routine maintenance repairs, and ongoing field service and support for water treatment capital equipment systems such as Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Multi-Media Filters (MMF), Softeners, Ion Exchange (IX), Electro-deionization (EDI), and other related systems. In this role you will also provide engineering support that may include conducting site surveys, making equipment recommendations, providing equipment specifications, and resolving application questions with the sales force or directly with customers. The ideal candidate will be located in Ohio or Indiana.

Qualifications include:

• GED, Associates degree, or Trade Certifications with relevant field experience.
• 3 years Field Service, Maintenance Technician, or Equipment Installation experience with commercial HVAC, water filtration, water softeners, industrial boilers, cooling towers, or similar equipment systems.
• Strong well-rounded trade skills, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, instrumentation and controls.
• Experience troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, loop diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
• Knowledge/experience with PLCs, instrumentation, and sensors is preferred.
• Ability to work/travel independently with little supervision.
• Computer competency with MS Office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to travel up to 50%, primarily throughout OH, IN, and KY.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
