• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers such as Carpet and All types floor cleaning; Odor, Fire, Smoke, Mold, Mildew Remediation; Water Restoration.
• Be able to commute to Van(s) storage garage on daily basis by 7am-8am, then depart on restoration jobs and/or carpet cleaning.
• Perform all pre depart/end of day cleaning and refilling activities.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Recap day with management.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.
