TREO Construction is seeking a self-directed Construction Superintendent. The ideal candidate will harbor a passion for construction and devote themselves to our projects and their timely execution. The Construction Superintendent will spearhead on-site activities, coordinating and supervising construction operations. The job includes hands-on, technical, and project-related administrative duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy work environment and is well-versed in working closely with senior management. This is a full-time position, Mondays through Fridays 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of high-end residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage and motivate teams to meet project milestones and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, compliance, and quality regulations for a secure work environment.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that arise.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold project standards.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in high end residential construction.
• Proven track record of successfully completing at least 5 major residential projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams to excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be bi-lingual (Spanish & English)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
