Wealth Management Specialist develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. May have the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Your adeptness in administrative tasks will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our financial services firm. You'll undertake diverse responsibilities pivotal to facilitating client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Portfolio Administration:

    • Submit and diligently follow up on forms related to Schwab and insurance processes.
    • Retrieve and compile client reports from platforms such as Advisor Controls and Morning Star.
    • Facilitate check deposits into Schwab accounts.
    • Effectively process account changes that fall within non-licensure requirements.
    • Provide client assistance in navigating websites, including Schwab, Blueleaf, and Orion.
    • Execute administrative tasks in onboarding clients, encompassing PD, CK, SOC, and Welcome procedures.
    • Manage processes associated with terminated clients, handling PD, SOC, CK, and issuing termination letters.
    • Offer versatile admin and clerical support, catering to organizational needs.
    • Aid clients in managing contact information updates, mail preferences, and accessing statements and tax documents.

    Qualifications:

    • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferably, prior experience in administrative support roles.
    • Exemplary customer service skills, coupled with a cordial and professional demeanor.
    • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Competence in utilizing MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Exceptional organizational prowess and adeptness in multitasking.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.

    Benefits:
