Description

We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Wealth Management Assistant.  This individual will be responsible for providing a variety of operational, clerical, secretarial, and support services to the Wealth Advisors. 

Prior banking experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate. This candidate should be technologically adept, deliver outstanding customer service, and have a continuous desire to learn.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Excellent secretarial, clerical skills and customer service skills.
2. Mathematical aptitude.
3. Knowledge of banking services and preferably trust products.
4. Responsible for keeping up to date with applicable banking regulations and Bank procedures.
5. Software Utilized: Microsoft Office and AddVantage.
