    Salesforce Administrator, Web Developer and E-commerce Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator and E-commerce Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) systems, website development, and e-commerce platforms. This role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


    In this role you’ll get to:

    • Manage and customize Salesforce CRM platform to meet the organization's needs.
    • Configure user permissions, security settings, workflows, and automation.
    • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and business metrics.
    • Handle data migration, integration, and maintenance tasks within Salesforce.
    • Implement and configure CPQ solutions within Salesforce to streamline quoting processes.
    • Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, discounting, and quoting rules are implemented.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CPQ functionality.
    • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop and maintain the organization's website.
    • Utilize web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) to create and update web content.
    • Optimize website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility.
    • Oversee the organization's e-commerce platform and ensure its smooth operation.
    • Manage product catalog, pricing, promotions, and inventory within the e-commerce system.
    • Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics and implement strategies to drive online sales growth


    To excel you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) certification preferred.
    • Hands-on experience with CPQ implementation and management within Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce CPQ).
    • Proficiency in website development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce B”B Commerce) and experience managing online stores.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
