Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Web Developer to join their team in Indianapolis, Indiana! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing digital experiments aimed at optimizing user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance metrics across digital platforms.

Duties:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data analysts to define experiment goals, hypotheses, and success metrics
• Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methodologies to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion rates across the company and subdomains
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to deploy experiments using industry-standard experimentation platforms or in-house experimentation frameworks
• Monitor experiment results in real-time, analyze data to draw actionable insights, and provide recommendations for iterative improvements
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in digital experimentation methodologies and tools

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and .JS
• Experience with server-side and client-side digital experimentation platforms and familiarity with statistical analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful digital experience
