Web Customer Support Specialist jobs in Wyoming
Web Customer Support Specialist provides technical support and coordination with the help desk to solve user issues with websites and web interfaces. Interacts with customers and troubleshoots problems to determine the root cause and to provide the right solution. Being a Web Customer Support Specialist maintains and uses a product and knowledge database of known issues and standard solutions to provide fast responses and high customer satisfaction. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Additionally, Web Customer Support Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Web Customer Support Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Customer Service Representative- Full-Time
Help us help customers manage their subscriptions. You’ll be answering phone calls from the comfort of your home. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a newer model computer, a headset, and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can train and work without interruptions.
You will be assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues. Our ideal applicant is very comfortable in a high-call volume environment and ready to stay busy!
Job Requirements:- Required availability includes start times as early as 7 AM and ending at 4 PM.
- Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
- PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.
- A dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Excellent reading/writing skills.
- Ability to work 25 hours per week, minimum.
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week- weekend shifts are shorter from 7 AM to 12 PM.
- Solid PC skills. (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
- Must live in Wyoming or Kansas.
