Pixel Fire Marketing is a digital marketing company with a big personality! We are in need of an in-house Graphic Designer with exceptional design skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will enjoy an environment they can grow with, be a self-starter, knows or wants to learn WordPress Design, and who enjoys learning how to grow and improve as a designer.

Experience/Requirements:

• Strong aptitude for conceptualization and visual communication
• Adherence to and alignment with brand guidelines of Pixel Fire Marketing and our clients
• Ability to create captivating flyers, direct mailers, digital ads and more
• Knowledge and understanding of the principles of design, typography, color theory and print production
• Spirit of continual improvement in taking creative direction and applying constructive criticism from peers and clients
• Team mindset with the ability to flex in support of timelines and assist peers as needed
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Solution-seeking approach to handling concerns or difficulties as they arise

Ideal but not required:

• Demonstrated working knowledge of wireframes, storyboarding, creating user flows, process flows and site maps
• Working knowledge of CSS and coding best-practices
• Ability to establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Demonstrated experience of SEO best practices
• Working knowledge of website hosting and domain registration tools
