A FULL SERVICE ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, & INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM LOCATED IN ST. PETERSBURG,

FLORIDA

Bessolo Design Group, Inc., is expanding and seeking a well-rounded and experienced Licensed Interior Designer to join
our team. We are seeking a self-motivated Interior Designer for various building and design types with a special focus
on Senior Living, Healthcare, and Multifamily.

The candidate will be responsible for these main areas: Duties will include, but are not limited to:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to develop and manage multiple design concepts, interpret specifications and layouts, produce contract

• Ability to design and present interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, and custom cabinetry
• Development and preparation of presentation drawings, and construction documents using REVIT, AutoCAD,

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10 years of experience including healthcare, senior living facilities, multifamily, hospitality, hi-rise, and mixed-

WORK ETHIC:

• Strong character with high morals and ethics
• Ability to focus and prioritize assigned tasks
• Detail oriented
• Positive outlook, demeanor, and a team player with strong mentoring and leadership skills
  

Education/Licensure Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Active Interior Design License
