Treatspace is looking for an experienced and reliable Web Designer to manage the customer onboarding journey for our PracticeBeat (https://www.practicebeat.com/) product line. This design-focused role will have the opportunity to work directly with our customers.
As a Web Designer, you will implement trending website designs, mobile designs, and website development for medical practices across the country using our custom-built proprietary content management system that functions similar to Wix or Squarespace.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating with our SEO and content teams to efficiently and effectively onboard new customers. Organizational skills are a must as you’ll be managing multiple customers and priorities at once. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, results-driven individuals who will do whatever it takes to meet customer needs. They are just as adept at creating beautiful designs as they are at conversing with clients, and they always maintain an air of professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field or demonstrated work experience in lieu of degree
- Experience working directly with customers, preferably focused on customer onboarding
- 2 years’ experience in web and/or graphic design
- Experience using web design software like Figma
- Ability to conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to web pages
- Knowledgeable in HTML & CSS frameworks like Bootstrap
- Experience building websites on CMS platforms like WordPress, Squarespace or Wix
- Experience in implementing SEO, web accessibility and UI/UX best practices on websites

What you’ll be doing:
- Work with our implementation team to create and implement web designs for our customers, using our proprietary high-performance content management software
- Lead customer implementation meetings with physicians and/or practice administrators
- Create a trusted relationship and become a strategic business advisor for customers
- Coordinate with internal (content, SEO, etc.) and external (IT and third-party vendors) teams to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
- Provide weekly account status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify roadblocks and obstacles and work with internal teams to resolve them
- Manage customer escalations and advocate for their needs and issues with internal teams
- Help our Customer Success team to provide ongoing support, optimization and design updates to existing customers
