We are looking for a detail-oriented, part-time contractor (1099 role) to assist with inventorying web pages and assets for our potential clients. This is a remote position with flexible hours, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to supplement their income with 7-15 hours of work per week.

Position Overview:

As a Website Inventory Specialist, you will manually review and document webpage content, including images, hyperlinks, PDFs, forms, embedded videos, and more. Using a Microsoft Excel template, you will log each webpage’s details to create an inventory of all assets. This process helps us accurately assess the scope of content migration for new client websites.

Responsibilities:

• Review and document elements on webpages, such as images, links, videos, forms, and other assets.

• Use a provided Excel template to input data for each webpage.

• Tally totals for each type of asset (e.g., number of images, forms, links) per webpage.

• Meet deadlines within 24 to 48 hours for small projects.

• Communicate clearly with the team if any issues or questions arise during the process.

Requirements:

• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar software.

• Reliable internet connection and a computer with an updated web browser.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Excellent time management skills to meet 24-48 hour deadlines for project turnarounds.

Additional Details:

• Payment will be made on a monthly basis via ACH direct deposit.

• We will cover the cost of a professional headshot for you, which will be used in proposals we share with clients. You will wear our company’s brand colors (light blue, powder blue, or sky blue) in the headshot to align with our branding standards.

• Your headshot and bio will be included in client-facing materials, showcasing you as a valued part of our project team.

Compensation:

• $20 per hour

• Flexible part-time hours (7-15 hours per week)

• Contractor role (1099) – responsible for own equipment (laptop/computer, internet).

• Microsoft 365 license provided for Excel access.
