Web Product Manager guides and manages the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements. Develops product concepts and designs to facilitate market needs and user requirements. Being a Web Product Manager conducts research and develops a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors. Develops requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts. Additionally, Web Product Manager participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products and introducing products to the market. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Web Product Manager occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     The RN performs a range of clerical duties related to the support of operations of the unit including updating and organizing information on the unit; coordinating work within the unit and with other units and departments; reporting relevant information to the supervisor; and responding to inquiries and requests from patients, visitors and caregivers.

    • Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
    • Documents patient care given.
    • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
    • Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
    • Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
    • Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
    • Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

    Minimum Education

    • Associate Degree: Required
    • Bachelor Degree: Preferred

    Licenses

    • Registered Nurse licensed to work in the State of Kentucky.
      • New Graduates may work under a KY provisional license for up to 6 months with the expectation that an RN license will be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.
    Certifications

    • Basic Life Support (BLS)

    • Critical thinking skills
    • Decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Capable of working in a stressful environment and taking appropriate action.
