Title : Product Manager

Location: Ridgewood NJ (Hybrid work, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

Employment Type : FTE

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
• Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones and alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate product vision, goals, and requirements to stakeholders, development teams, and users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user guide
• User Story Development: Write clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories that accurately capture business requirements.
• UAT :Develop and execute UAT plans and test cases based on user stories.
• Requirement Gathering & Translation: Gather and document business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Agile & Scrum Methodology: Lead and participate in Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring efficient and effective product development cycles.
• Customer Collaboration: Engage deeply with customers to understand their needs, building products with them rather than for them.
• Risk Management: Proactively anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful product delivery.
