Job Description:

At ISA the web developer is responsible for creating and maintaining web development/design and implementing databases that keep our organization running. From maintaining ironclad security to supervising network updates and training users, the web developer is not only IT support but also the thread that connects all operations. Deep technological expertise with a wide range of software is essential for the web developer to excel in this role and help drive our organization forward.

• If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role. (This is the ISA standard/preferred work model.)
• If this position a remote position, you'll primarily work as a remote employee, but may periodically work from an ISA or client site facility. (This work model is only used when a position cannot otherwise be filled with onsite personnel and is allowable by client requirements. This work model is offered as required only.)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain web development - includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Create and maintain computer systems software and applications software
• Design and Implement new programs, and track software development
• Routinely resolve Air Force Financial Management Database (myFMHub) service disruptions
• Write source code to support the client
• Maintains the integrity and security of ISA's computer system network and the systems connected to it.

• Utilize creative and software engineering/programming skills to design, build and improve websites.
• Troubleshoots technical problems and enhances performance for users via performance tuning.
• Upload postings such as job announcements, magazines, newsletters, etc. to myFMHub
• Prioritize projects, work closely with client to recommend solutions for an appealing design while developing web page content

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Clearance Required:

Applicants must have at least an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a clearance at the TS/SCI level. Preference will be given to those who have an active TS/SCI clearance. Applicants must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status upon hiring. All ISA employees are required to uphold and maintain trustworthiness and suitability requirements of the U.S. federal government.

Experience Required:

• Associate: 1-3 years' experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience with SFTP web
• Experience with ColdFusion.
• Experience with writing source code

Education:

Associate/2-year certification (Bachelor's degree preferred) in a technical field such as computer science

Certification:

Professional certifications such as Web Design, Database Design, Graphic Design, Microsoft 365 and Azure and/or relevant technical certifications.
