Job Summary

The Website Content Coordinator, a vital Presentation team member, is responsible for uploading photographs showcasing classic cars and motorcycles for upcoming sales. This person plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal presentation of consignment vehicles on mecum.com.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Website Content Coordinator collaborates with customers to gather photos and upload them to lot listings. This person manages the flow of inbound photos and video content for customers, evaluating and uploading it to the Mecum website. In addition, the Website Content Coordinator collaborates with the consignment sales staff at Mecum headquarters. The responsibilities of the role include some photo editing, archiving photos, and storing other content on internal servers. The Website Content Coordinator engages with customers daily via email and telephone to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills

● Photo editing skills

● Salesforce experience is beneficial but not required

● Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, Bridge, and Acrobat

● Detail oriented

● Good communication skills

● Proofreading skills

● Knowledge and passion for automobiles, especially classic cars, is preferred

● Proficient in handling fast-paced environments and adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively

Salary

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

● 8-hour shift - Monday and Friday

● 4-hour shift - Wednesday

Location:

● Walworth, WI 53184: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

● Photo editing: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 26 per week
