About the Position

The Assistant Vice President of the Millington Banking Center will be responsible for developing, overseeing and executing operational strategies and developing a program for service excellence in the banking center environment as well as building business relationships in the community along side the Vice President. This position provides the leadership, and management necessary to ensure that First South Financial has the proper processes and controls, reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively support organizational growth and to ensure operating efficiency and excellent member service.
