In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team’s efforts to empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.

About the Role:

• Installing, customizing, updating and maintaining internal and external enterprise web pages and sites using technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and ASP

• Creating and analyzing reports on web activity, web page hit counts, traffic patterns, and similar performance metrics

• Monitoring customer feedback and responding to inquiries

• Recommending upgrades to the network, server and related equipment, software, and other relevant improvements

• Provide desktop support to end users by responding to requests for technical assistance

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

• Apply patches and updates

• Manage user identities, credentials, and privileges on local servers

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• 5 Yrs relevant experience

• Must have prior experience working with classified/secure networks or an understanding of DoD security regulations, policy and procedures

• BA/BS in related field

• WOW Certified Web Administrator Associate (CWAA), Master Certified Web Professional (CWP), CompTIA, or equivalent certification

• Current TS/SCI clearance
