About us

Shining Time Wedding is a wedding planning, design and floral sevices company in North Potomac, MD. We are looking for motivated part-time floral designers to help us with our growing number of wedding and events requests this year! We hope to create organic, customized floral art with you.

We are looking for talents who can:

Create floral arrangements both in studio as well as during onsite setups for weddings and events following the finalized design distributed by our design team lead.

Provide excellent customer service to our clients in person when on-site.

Assist load-in and load-out when necessary, able to lift 25 lbs box sometimes.

Be motivated and finish assignment on time.

We require you to have:

At least 1 year of floral design experience, including but is not limited to making bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, table centerpieces, ceremony arches, aisle flowers, etc.

A good understanding of flower shapes, colors, design components.

Attention to details.

Strong work ethic.

Valid Driver's License and prefers if you are willing to drive a cargo van or rental trucks to wedding/event venues on the date of event.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 16 per week
