  • About Connective Wellness

Connective Wellness is a specialized transformative wellness clinic and online platform dedicated to empowering women navigating the intricacies of living with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD), chronic pain, and related challenges. We are deeply committed to the six pillars of lifestyle medicine, offering a holistic approach to treatment and care. Our services currently include physical therapy, nutrition, halotherapy/red-light therapy, and chiropractic care, with plans to expand to additional services, including IV hydration, craniosacral therapy, mental health counseling, genetics and diagnostics, primary care, patient advocacy, and more to meet the diverse needs of our patients. Our mission is to offer compassionate, individualized care that addresses the unique challenges those with connective tissue disorders face.

    Position Overview:

Connective Wellness is seeking three dedicated and organized front Wellness Care Coordinators to join our growing team in Amherst, NH. The people in this position will be the faces of our clinic, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service from the moment they contact us. This role combines administrative duties with hands-on responsibilities in managing our sauna and other wellness services.

We’re seeking driven, self-motivated individuals who are eager to take ownership of this role and grow alongside our business. While these positions may operate independently, each Wellness Care Coordinator will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions, potentially stepping into a Practice Manager role as the clinic expands.

We value innovative thinking and encourage each candidate to bring fresh ideas for attracting new clients, developing SOPs, and creating training manuals. Each individual will also participate in clinical meetings to gain deeper insights into the operations of a wellness practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are excited about professional growth, show initiative and are dedicated to shaping the future of Connective Wellness.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Interaction & Customer Service

    • Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor

    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

    Sauna Management

    • Fully manage the operation of the sauna, including booking, prepping, and cleaning between sessions
    • Replenish towels, water, and other supplies as needed
    • Handle sauna laundry duties and maintain cleanliness standards
    • Monitor sauna performance and report any maintenance issues

    • Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for reordering
    • Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
    • Conduct research projects as assigned during downtime to support business operations

    Office Management

    • Ensure the smooth operation of the front office, including managing schedules and coordinating with other staff
    • Provide support in managing patient records and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
    • Comfort with performing cleaning tasks and handling laundry

    Benefits and Opportunities:

This position offers an hourly rate of $18 - $22 depending on experience. We also offer these additional benefits:

Profit-sharing Program: We believe in rewarding our team's hard work and dedication. To that end, once the team collectively reaches a specified monthly sales goal, they will be eligible to participate in a profit-sharing program. Under this program, we will distribute 20% of the revenue generated above the set goal (the "overage") among the team members. This incentive aims to foster a collaborative environment where everyone benefits from the clinic's success.

Referral Program: We value our team members’ initiative and connections to the clinic. To recognize and reward these efforts, we offer a generous referral program. If a team member independently brings in a new patient for any service, they will receive a $250 bonus after the referred patient has completed their fourth treatment. This program is designed to encourage our team members to actively participate in the growth of our clinic while benefiting directly from their efforts to expand our patient base.

Health Care Stipend: We are committed to supporting the well-being of our team members. To help offset the cost of healthcare, we offer a $200 per month stipend toward medical coverage for all eligible employees. This stipend is designed to provide financial assistance and ensure that our staff can access the healthcare they need, empowering them to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional care to our patients.

Wellness Program: We prioritize the well-being of our team members just as much as our patients. As part of our commitment to supporting your health and wellness, we offer four (4) free halotherapy/chromotherapy treatments per month and one (1) free IV therapy treatment per month after your 90-day probationary period. These benefits are designed to help you recharge, rejuvenate, and maintain your health, ensuring you can continue providing our patients with the highest level of care. Your wellness is our priority, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

Growth Opportunities: As our practice grows, there is exciting potential for part-time positions to evolve into full-time benefitted roles, offering you the opportunity to expand your career with us. However, we understand the value of flexibility, so you'll always have the option to remain in a part-time/per diem role if that better suits your lifestyle. We are committed to supporting your career development in a way that aligns with your personal and professional goals.
