Wellness Program Manager designs and implements wellness and work-life programs and policies to build a positive and appealing company culture that will enhance employee engagement, facilitate recruiting, and support productivity improvements. Partners with insurers, healthcare providers, and vendors to introduce wellbeing awareness with on-site health events, classes, assessments/screenings, and information resources. Being a Wellness Program Manager develops and implements work-life programs to provide employees with flexible work arrangements, financial planning, family/child care resources, transportation, memberships, discounts, and educational opportunities. Collects and analyzes information about employment trends and employee workplace needs by conducting surveys or feedback sessions. Additionally, Wellness Program Manager may manage on-site fitness facilities. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Wellness Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Wellness Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The responsibility extends to driving and achieving business & financial results for the products and/or programs.

    The Program Manager will focus on managing programs and/or products through coordination of various internal and/or external functional groups. Ultimately, Business Program Manager will be the end-to-end owner of the business account he or she manages.

    Job Responsibilities Include:
    • Negotiate contract and price with customers or partners.
    • Build up relationship with and respond to customer in a timely manner.
    • Develop new business opportunities by conducting strategies and planning solutions.
    • Ensure the right product developed to meet or to exceed company's quality standard, and delivered at the right time.
    • Coordinate programs understandings and responsibilities for functions and phases under the constraint of cost concerning to material, to labor, and to process time for various programs.
    • Track program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, report status to supervisor on a regular basis, and to executive staff on a needed basis.
    • Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
    • Analyze personnel and capital resources in order to meet the production quota; arrange the production schedule and secure materials and services for each contract requirement.
    • Coordinate with customers, through marketing and sales, to provide necessary program status and to obtain customer feedback.
    • Will communicate with R&D and factory in order to make sure product delivery schedule being on time.
    • Have knowledge and experience in analyzing, managing software development at system level, or at hardware testing level based on customer request to programs.
    • Implement complex project schedules and meeting deadlines and deliverables within a structured Time to Market process.
    • Develop and execute system and solution-level program plans, working cross-functionally to deliver products and services to meet or exceed customers' need.

    Education Requirements and Ideal Experience Includes:
    • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing etc. related fields.
    • 2-3 years of professional experience in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or IT industry.
    • Ability to show critical thinking and decision making.
    • Sales and business development skills and with direct customer interface experience.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
    • Must be detail oriented with superb time management, organizational and execution skills to meet deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to work on a team collaboratively, as well as independently on multiple high priority projects.
    • Proficient in MS Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive
    • Excellent written, reading and verbal skills in English language
    • Bilingual skills: English and Mandarin speaking, reading and writing skills required
