Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Will assist ACH, Wire and Bookkeeping with daily job functions.
Assist branch with wire transfer and other transaction posting inquiries
Receive and process Wire Transfer Request forms from branches
Process ACH Origination batches
Work unposted items and stop pay suspects
Process incoming and outgoing returns
Key ACH Returns
Scanning and Indexing
Daily Balancing
Order Foreign Currency
Large Dollar and Official Check Review
SSI Verification
Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of personal computer programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, and other programs as
required.
Ability to type accurately.
Ability to multi-task.
Highly organized, with an attention to detail and an aptitude for problem recognition and resolution.
Ability to adapt to technological changes and apply new knowledge to responsibilities.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
