Overview
```Duties:```
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood components
- Measure, cut, and shape wood materials according to project specifications
- Install hardware, such as hinges and handles, onto finished wood products
- Sand and finish wood surfaces to ensure smoothness and quality appearance
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a Woodworker or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and operate machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
Skills:
- Blueprint reading
- CNC operation
- Painting
- Remodeling experience
- sanding
- Caulking /finishing/glazing
- framing knowledge
- Ability to assemble wood components accurately
- Knowledge of fastener concepts for installation purposes
