Full Time - 10 Hour Shifts (M-Th 6 am-4:30 pm)

Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, your job responsibilities will include:
· Handling technical support emails and phone calls related to our product by customers and potential customers
· Product management and testing
· Protocol development and testing
· Project management
· Maintain current SOPs and develop SOPS, WI, and forms when needed
· Other projects assigned by management
· Maintain documentation requests from customers
· Aid in the implementation of necessary GMPs
· Guide quality assurance aspects including FDA compliance
Requirements

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science
· Experience in a lab, food manufacturing, quality assurance, or SQF
· Personable, friendly, team orientated
· Organized, accurate, and detail oriented
· Possess a working knowledge in Microsoft Office program
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee can be required to lift 55 lbs boxes or bags.
