Workforce Management Supervisor jobs in Colorado Springs, CO

Workforce Management is seeking a First Shift Quality Manager, for a Local Metal Manufacturing Facility.

This position starts at $70,000- $90,000 per year

REQUIREMENTS:
MUST PASS A DRUG SCREEN (INCLUDING MED. MARIJUANA)
MUST HAVE AT LEAST SEVEN YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXP.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE ISO 9001 AND AS9100 - QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Become an expert on the company's manufacturing procedures and practices.
• Be the primary company contact for customers and regulatory agencies during audits.
• Maintain the company's quality system documentation. Ensure all remains current and processes are properly documented.
• Manage safety and regulatory compliance programs and implementation of corrective & preventive actions.
• Monitors and maintain supply-chain quality & performance related metrics, including approval, audits and corrective actions.
• Prepare first article and PPAP reports.

SCHEDULE:

• 8 HOUR SHIFT
• MONDAY TO FRIDAY
• 1ST SHIFT
