THE JOB:

The Workforce Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, employing cutting-edge software to develop and implement flexible scheduling solutions. These tailored strategies ensure optimal staffing levels across all departments, adapting seamlessly to the ever-changing business landscape.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Serves as the go-to expert for Workforce Management software and processes; diligently tracks, oversees, and reports any system issues or downtime

• Create and implement dynamic scheduling solutions, collaborating with department leaders to ensure accurate staffing levels, formulate efficiency strategies, suggest scheduling changes, and introduce new business models to enhance operational effectiveness

• Explore innovative best practices to optimize staffing levels within the framework of existing labor agreements, prioritizing ethical and equitable scheduling practices for enhanced operational efficiency

• Strike a harmonious balance between optimizing scheduling efficiency, exceeding service expectations, and adhering to current legal and legislative requirements for a seamless and compliant operation

• Involvement in payroll-related tasks or processes

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

• At least two years of administrative or payroll experience

• Either a High School Diploma or equivalent experience
