Duties will include: supervise preventive maintenance contracts and vendors for HVAC, building controls, electrical repairs, lawn care, snow removal, janitorial, etc. Experience with Geothermal systems is a plus. Should be familiar with using hand tools, power tools and experience with basic renovations/remodeling is required. The ability to replace a window, install laminate flooring and non-structural demolition is required, as well as all other duties as assigned.

A typical day might include troubleshooting HVAC issues, making changes in the building control systems, changing locks on a door and replacing a window. The next could be spreading salt on walkways and shoveling entry steps.

Must have the ability to remain polite in work situations and interactions with staff and clients

Must have the ability to communicate with co-workers, clients, contractors, and others.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Pay: $70,000.00 - $750,000.00 per year
