- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation for both regular service and special events such as banquets.

- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.

*Experience*

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or fine dining establishment.

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling practices, and inventory management systems.

- Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing shifts effectively.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership skills.
