Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Leader to join our team. The leader will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance, mentorship, and support to the youth in our church. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that promote spiritual growth, character development, and leadership skills among youth.
- Provide Christian counseling and support to youth facing personal challenges or crises
- Plan and lead weekly youth group meetings, including Bible study sessions, worship services, and fellowship activities
- Organize and coordinate special events such as retreats, mission trips, and community service projects for youth
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment where youth feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their faith
- Serve as a role model and mentor for youth, offering guidance and support in their personal and spiritual journeys
- Collaborate with parents, church staff, and volunteers to ensure the successful operation of youth ministry programs
- Deliver inspiring teachings during youth services or special events
- Provide bereavement support to youth who have experienced loss

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Christian teachings and principles
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to connect with youth on a personal level and build meaningful relationships with them and with families
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide young individuals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
