The Administrative Postal and Messenger Services Manager monitors inventory, checks and reorders items as needed. Directs and oversees mailroom activities including the sorting and delivery of incoming mail, as well as the preparation and sending of outgoing mail. Being an Administrative Postal and Messenger Services Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Receives and allocates office supplies. In addition, Administrative Postal and Messenger Services Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Administrative Postal and Messenger Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
